In the Road & Track office, while we are still trying to defrost from this harsh winter, we're constantly dreaming of spring. More specifically, our getaway this spring to the Pacific Northwest, Northwest Shift. Taking place June 10-13, this rally promises to be an unforgettable automotive adventure through Oregon and Washington.
We'll enjoy the best roads, eats, sips, and pit stops that the region has to offer. Road & Track editors have curated a bespoke route of breathtaking drives and will be leading the group drives every step of the way.
We're kicking off the trip in true Road & Track fashion—with a track day at Portland International Raceway. Attendees will participate in lead-follow sessions in their own cars, ride-alongs with editors and special guests, and compete in a timed autocross challenge for the chance to win a Northwest Shift Award. In addition to our track day, get a masterclass in rally driving from the best. Hone your skills in throttle management, weight transfer, and left-foot breaking as you drive DirtFish's off-road circuit in custom rally-prepared vehicles.
Engage in exciting pit-stops, including a visit to Le May, America's Car Museum and a visit to a local Woodinville, WA winery. Guests will unwind with relaxing stays at The Sentinel, Paradise Inn, and Willow's Lodge and savor delectable culinary experiences featuring cuisine paired with inspired cocktails, wines, and spirits.
This once-in-a-lifetime road trip promises drives, unforgettable excursions, luxe accommodations, and countless opportunities to connect with Road & Track editors, special guests, and fellow enthusiasts. Applications are open and spots are limited, so apply now while there is still availability. Hope you'll come along for the ride.
