| Apple iPad Review Video | Media Tablet Now Available Internationally From Apple Stores Posted: 28 May 2010 06:54 AM PDT The Apple iPad has been out in the U.S. for almost two months now, but is only being released internationally (in 9 countries to begin with) today. The good news is that with the iPad having been out for a while, there are plenty of reviews on the Web, with this being one of the best I’ve seen so far.
Today (May 28) sees the iPad available to buy in Canada, the U.K., Australia, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Spain, and Switzerland. You can either walk in to an Apple Store and buy one immediately, or order one from the Apple website. I know a couple people buying an iPad straight away, but I know more who are determined to wait until the 2nd generation device is unveiled, probably at this time next year. It all depends whether you can afford to spend $499 (or the local equivalent) on a device that is unlikely to change your life in any big way, especially if you already own a netbook or notebook.      |

His premise is simple enough; figure out what you want to do in life, develop a plan of action, and do it. Perhaps breaking boards of wood over his head wasn’t the best goal though. And to his credit, he gets there. But not before we’ve all had a good laugh at his expense!  |
| Baby Eating Pop Rocks Video | Experimental Parenting Leads To Cute Facial Expressions Posted: 27 May 2010 04:29 PM PDT Parenting seems too much like hard work for me. And luckily my girlfriend agrees. But I must admit it’s the moments like these that we’ll sadly miss out on from not having kids.
OK, so feeding a young baby pop rocks maybe isn’t the best parenting decision of all time. But the baby’s facial expressions probably make it worthwhile. Especially as they were caught on camera and uploaded to YouTube. This also makes me miss being young, naive, and open to new experiences. Sure, I can try a new food or drink and be pleasantly surprised by the taste, but it’s not the same as when you do so as a kid. I also want a packet of pop rocks now. Although I doubt my facial expressions will come anywhere close to this child’s.  |
