| Inception Movie Review | Chris Nolan’s Latest Starring Leonardo DiCaprio Looks At Dreams Posted: 16 Jul 2010 08:16 AM PDT 2010 hasn’t been a classic year for movies so far. In fact, most of the big releases have disappointed in a big way. But finally, there may be salvation in the form of Inception. Which is the new epic movie from director Christopher Nolan, best known for The Dark Knight.
This is a review of Inception by Jeremy Jahns, whose opinion I’ve mainly agreed with over the last few months. Jahns likes Inception, a lot, so I can safely assume I will also like it. Inception looks like being a cross between The Matrix, the Bond movies, and The Dark Knight. Which is OK by me. Inception opens today around the world, and I’m going to be seeing it this weekend.      |

| Christian Bale & Mel Gibson Mashup Video | Two Ranting Movie Actors Go Head To Head Posted: 15 Jul 2010 03:09 PM PDT What do you get when you put Christian Bale on the phone with Mel Gibson? A rip-roaring row between two Hollywood actors, both trying to outdo each other in the shouty, screamy, ragey stakes.
Most of you will by now have heard at least some of Mel Gibson’s latest rant. He’s previously offended gays and Jewish people, and this time he directed his venom towards his ex-girlfriend Oksana Grigorieva. In the process he managed to display overt racism and overt sexism. But Gibson isn’t the first actor to be caught on tape, with Christian Bale being recorded ranting at a member of the crew on the set of Terminator Salvation. This video is what you get when you combine the two tapes. With some brilliant editing, Gibson and Bale go head to head seamlessly. I reckon Bale wins in the end.  |
