(thanks to John Caples for the heads up on this)

The Finnish Christmas movie Rare Exports: A Christmas Tale has been generated press online and in print. Playing in select cinemas nationwide, the movie breaks all holiday tradition and presents Santa Claus as an evil supernatural being, frozen in the ice for ages and freed by an archeological expedition to reap havoc on the world.

It has to be the most bizarre Christmas movie trailer I have ever seen. While it is sure to be an underground cult hit (at best) in the states, the flick has been breaking records in its native land. Check out the trailer and you'll see why.
