Posted: 14 Mar 2011 12:46 PM PDT

Lamp

Ignore the desk and chair, they're only there to show the scale of the headline act - this large Golamar marble-based floor lamp.

Made in Italy in the 1960s, this is a huge thing - 182cm high, which over 6ft tall. All of that is stove on a weighted marble base, finished off with a plastic shade, a long lead and an on/off switched on the cable. if you have space to fill, this will certainly fill it.

According to the seller, condition is 'good', with no cracks or damage. Not a bad price right now, £50, but with some time still to go.

Blue Spot Blouse from Topshop

Bluespotblouse

For a truly timeless sixties look simplicity is often the key, with the mid-decade styles relying on great cuts and fabric choices to create a sharp style. This Blue Spot Blouse from Topshop imitates that aesthetic well, offering a top with a subtle chic.

The use of a slightly sheer chiffon fabric adds some daring femininity to a conservatively cut shirt with long sleeves and high collar. The peter pan collar, combined with a peep hole notch at the back, add unmistakeably retro elements, along with a simple dark blue polka dot print.

Dwellscandiphone
Since Wild and Wolf re-launched the Ericofon as the Scandiphone a few years ago, it would seem inevitable that imitations would eventually appear, such as Dwell's take on it.

Dwell's Retro Phone as they are simply calling it has a similar, although not identical shape to the iconic phone. Rather than being made just from plastic, this version combines bronze with plastic, which perhaps accounts for its higher price of £59.
