As a fan of cult sci-fi, I find that an integral part of enjoying these old movies and TV programs is to become a child again. The wonder and imaginative power that programs like UFO, Lost in Space and Space: 1999 have makes a huge impact on a young mind. As a youngster, I was lucky enough to see the Charles Barris Batmobile used in the 1966-68 TV series, but what would it be like to wander around and sit in the cockpit of the Liberty 2 from Beneath the Planet of the Apes or the Orion from 2001 A Space Odyssey?

Finally, we can get something of an idea thanks to the brilliance that is the Sci-Fi Airshow.
