Call Of Duty: Black Ops Trailer Video | First Teaser Of New CoD Game From Treyarch Posted: 01 May 2010 08:22 AM PDT Call of Duty: Black Ops, or Call of Duty 7 as it could also be called, has finally been revealed, even though everyone and their grandma knew Treyarch was working on the next installment of the CoD franchise. This is the first teaser trailer for the game, released late last night. It doesn’t exactly show much in the way of detail, but there’s enough to make a few educated guesses as to the plot.
It looks as though Black Ops will cover a large time period, possibly the full duration of the Cold War. And also cover the development of the special forces, which your character/s are likely to be involved with. The strangest thing is that it all seems to be conjured up from memory, in a similar way to how Assassin’s Creed works. Call of Duty: Black Ops is due to be released Nov. 9, 2010 on as-yet-unspecified platforms. And I cannot wait. |
Watch New ‘Avatar: The Last Airbender’ Trailer Video | Control the Elements & Save the World Posted: 30 Apr 2010 08:07 PM PDT Based on the animated series by the same name, The Last Airebender promises plenty of action involving control of the elements and saving the world. Okay, so my description does sound a little cheesy, but I absolutely loved the animated series. Heck, I watched the whole series. Twice. It looks like they cast Kitara (the young girl) a bit younger than I would have thought they would, but her brother Saka (forgive me if I spell names wrong) looks spot on. I am so excited to watch this movie. I’ve loved M. Night’s work in the past, so I am hoping he’ll do this justice. |
Watch Nightmare on Elm Street 2010 HD Debut Movie Trailer Video Posted: 30 Apr 2010 07:45 PM PDT Freddy Krueger has been resurrected on Elm Street in this ‘re-imagining’ of the horror classic: The Nightmare on Elm Street. If you’re not familiar with the movie, here is a brief synopsis: Teenagers on Elm Street share a common bond as they discover they are all being stalked by the disfigured Freddy Krueger in their nightmares. The only way to stay alive is to not fall asleep… I am disappointed to see Hollywood coming out with yet another remake of a classic, as least they are not fobbing it off as something entirely new. I don’t see classic NoES fans being at all impressed with any kind of remake, though. |
Funny Computer Game Animation Video | Saving the Princess Not All It’s Cracked Up to Be Posted: 30 Apr 2010 05:11 PM PDT Retro video games lead us to believe that once you kill the big boss and save the beautiful princess, life is sweet. But as this video shows, life with a princess isn’t all it’s cracked up to be. As this hapless hero soon learns, sometimes you’re better off leaving the princess locked up and enjoying life as a bachelor! |
Strange Dance Video | Nigerian Kids Invent New Dance Guaranteed To Make You Laugh Posted: 30 Apr 2010 03:57 PM PDT I’ve never seen a video as guaranteed to make you laugh as this one. Seriously. If you fail to laugh at these two kids doing a newly invented dance then you must have been morn without a funny bone. Or have had it removed at some point.
Don’t ask me what the inspiration was for this dance, because I really don’t know. And I wouldn’t dare guess for fear of offending someone. The skinny kid on the left is funny, but the fat kid on the right is freaking hilarious. It helps that he’s carrying a few extra pounds – think of Chunk doing the ‘Truffle Shuffle’ in The Goonies and you’ll know what I mean. I just wish this video was longer, as I could watch these two kids strut their stuff for hours without getting bored. Or how about they enter Nigeria’s Got Talent, if there is such a thing. |
