Deadly Honeymoon Movie Trailer Video | Original Lifetime Movie Network Film

Posted: 26 Apr 2010 07:29 AM PDT

Deadly Honeymoon is a film which made its premiere on the Lifetime Movie Network yesterday (April 25). It stars Summer Glau and Chris Carmack as a newlywed couple who head off on a romantic honeymoon. What could possibly go wrong?

A great deal, as it happens. The groom disappears, and an investigation is launched into what could have happened to him. With the couple on a cruise ship in the middle of the ocean, there’s one obvious answer.

It turns out the groom had enemies on the ship, and suspicion soon turns towards the bride. the question is whether she’s a victim or an accomplice to the groom’s fate.

Deadly Honeymoon isn’t going to appeal to everyone, but it has a good blend of drama and suspense which keeps you guessing until the end. It’s no Avatar but it’s definitely worth a watch.

Woman Ruins Marriage On Game Show (Video) | Controversial ‘Moment Of Truth’ Clip

Posted: 25 Apr 2010 05:25 PM PDT

Some people will do anything for money. Not only does the woman in this clip completely ruin her marriage on national TV in front of millions of people, but she goes home empty-handed.

Why don’t they just change the name from ‘Moment of Truth’ to ‘Moment of Public Humiliation?’

‘The Moment of Truth’ is one of those game shows that didn’t last very long simply because it was too exploitative. The concept was like 21 questions with money on the line, only, you had to reveal some very personal issues to get very far.

If you ask me, getting on other game shows like Deal or No Deal, Wheel of Fortune, and Who Want’s To Be a Millionaire are easier to win money on. Plus, they won’t ruin your reputation.

Amazing Gymnastics Troupe Spellbound Performs on “Britain’s Got Talent” Video

When this gymnastics troupe called itself Spellbound, it clearly knew the effect it could have on an audience. I was awestruck watching these talented young gymnasts perform on Britain’s Got Talent.

Gymnasts aged 12 to 24 show us their incredible strength and flexibility in some of the craziest maneuvers I've ever seen.

It’s made even crazier when you remember that, unlike the athletes at the Olympics or the stars of Cirque de Soleil, Spellbound do it without safety nets or cushy mats. One false move and these guys could be in a world of pain.

Thankfully though every gymnast comes through unscathed, and ready for the next round of the reality talent search!

Who Makes Google Doodles? (Video) | CBS Interviews 4 Artists Behind The Logos

Posted: 25 Apr 2010 01:11 PM PDT

As it turns out, there are 4 artists behind the ever-changing Google homepage logos. These artists are so diversely talented that they can make oil-painting look-a-likes as well as emulate famous cartoonists.

This CBS segment that aired this morning goes behind the scenes to interview these artists and reveal the both the process and history of Google Doodles.

In the past, I was sure Google Doodles were created by one guy (and I was right). Not because the designs looked similar, but because coming up with a sketch a day seems like an easy job for one person to do. Little did I know that each country homepage also had to have a different logo.

Judging by the amount of work seen in this clip, I’d imagine the job to be somewhat stressful with deadlines every 24 hours. Then again, I’m sure they’re rewarded handsomely.
